Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellation:  If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so promptly through your online account. This ensures we can accommodate others on the waitlist.

Non-Accepted Cancellation Methods: Cancellations made via email, Facebook, Instagram, or other informal methods will not be accepted. All cancellations must be completed through your online account. Failure to cancel properly will result in applicable charges.

Late Cancellation Policy:

• Group Classes: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class are considered late. A late cancellation or no-show will result in the full credit for the class being charged.



• Private Classes: Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are considered late. A late cancellation or no-show will result in the full credit for the session being charged.

Unlimited Memberships:  Customers with unlimited memberships will be charged a $30 fee for a no-show or late cancellation.
