Studio Policies

Health Waiver

All clients must sign a health waiver before attending their first class. This can be completed online prior to scheduling a class or in the studio.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so through your online account not later than 12 hours before the group class and 24 hours before the private session.


Cancellations made via email, Facebook, or Instagram will not be accepted, and you will be charged. It is your responsibility to cancel through your account.


Cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours before the group class are considered late and are not eligible for credit or refund.


Private training session cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will result in a loss of your private session credit.


Unlimited membership holders who fail to cancel or reschedule a group class at least 12 hours in advance will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. A class credit is required to join.


The first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class when a spot opens. You will receive an email confirmation.


If you are added to a class from the waitlist, our late cancellation policy applies. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid automatic enrollment.


Unused waitlist credits can be applied to future bookings.


You can check your waitlist position in your online account.


If you join multiple waitlists, you are responsible for managing your reservations and cancellations. Flow Pilates is not responsible for accidental or double bookings.



Late cancellation and no-show fees apply if cancellations are not made within the required timeframe.

Late Arrivals

Classes are 50 minutes long. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to prepare and allow 5 minutes after to clean your station.


Out of respect for others and for safety, late entry is not permitted after 5 minutes into the class. You may attend a later class on standby if denied entry.

Memberships

  • The monthly membership comes with a 3-month commitment and auto-renews each month unless canceled at least 30 days before your next billing date.


  • If you want additional sessions during the month, you can purchase single sessions at the member rate.


  • After the initial 3 months, your membership continues month-to-month unless you choose to cancel.


  • If you need to pause your membership, you can freeze it for a minimum of 30 days and up to 2 months per calendar year by emailing hello@flowpilatesusa.com with the exact dates.


  • To cancel, just send a written request to hello@flowpilatesusa.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.



  • Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your membership before completing the 3-month minimum commitment, a $50 early termination fee will apply.


Payment and Refunds

All sales are final.


A class credit must be purchased before booking. Unused credits can be applied to future classes.



Classes and private sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared.


Age Restriction

Minimum age to attend classes is 16.


For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form.

Attire

Grip socks are required and available for purchase.

Lost & Found

Flow Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the studio. Only documented service animals with proper paperwork may be permitted.

Cell Phone Use

Please ensure your phone is silenced during class to maintain a focused and peaceful environment for everyone.

Photography and Recording

Flow Pilates may photograph or record activities in the studio. By attending, you consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes.

No personal, brand, or commercial photography or videography is allowed without prior written consent.
